Zoom Format for PardoFX 2019-20

Going forward the Q&A Zoom format will change, we have found that now everyone has good technical knowledge not as many questioned are being asked. Whereas the guideline has been to stick to a 1 hour zoom regardless we will move to a flexible timing, structured format.

  • Standard Trading Q&A.
  • Catch Up on the Week's Chart set-ups.
  • Go over any trades in the Educational Channel/Member Portal posted by members.

This means that there is no time limit, it is based on member interaction. Q&A's will continue to be held every 8 days.

Mindset Zooms will continue in their current format as they are generally so successful.

Twice per month.

This training is more advanced and directed from myself therefore remains fairly fluid.

Mindset Zooms are generally limited to 60 minutes due to the nature of the subject.

BLASH Training will continue to be twice per month, again due to the successful sessions, but there will be more input from the team before the zoom with regards direction AKA V3/V4 so we can have more focus on each version.

This training is more advanced and directed from myself therefore remains fairly fluid.

Blash Zooms are generally limited to 60 minutes due to the volume of information.

Trading Basics sessions need revamping due to poor turnout, generally because of a lack of a need for basic training. Therefore this will be formatted and themed based on group happenings. For instance, if we have an influx of new members basic training will be carried out, but usually it will be a subject on a hot topic within the Educational Channel, once more encouraging interaction. This session will also be the home of 'Monkey See, Monkey Do' our ever popular live back-testing. This should encourage more uptake of this session.

  • Trading Q&A/Theme guidelines from members on the call.
  • Randomized, hot topic, subject matter.
  • Live Back-testing (MSMD)

Again these zooms will have fluid timings, MSMD on the end of sessions do tend to last between 90-120 minutes though. Timings will be based on engagement and how many participants are on the call.
